twilight series
ok, so i finally got suckered into reading stephanie meyer's twilight series. i resisted as long as possible because i kinda thought they sounded cheesy, and i was afraid that maybe they would be good and i would become obsessed. i'm a bit obsessive compulsive when i read...it have to finish! and i also get so involved in the story i forget the characters aren't real. i've been dreaming about the stupid books now for 4 days! it's pretty annoying. anyway, i wanted to not like the books, but i have to admit...i really enjoyed reading them.

I love it too! So funny, I resisted everyone as well. And I am so hooked on them. I seriously did nothing, clean, cook, play, nothing but read. And I dreamed about them too. Jeff kept teasing me that he was now my number two. They are great. Glad your a sucker for them too.
Hey, cute hair by the way. So I did trash the books pretty bad, but I also have to admit that WHILE I was reading them I did nothing else either like Malina. It wasn't until after that I was thinking about how silly it was. For example here is just one of the issues I am sure she didn't want to write about, I wouldn't either, but just goes to show again how SILLY the book is. The girl is how old? I am guessing she had her period by then, so what, can none of the vampires smell the blood when she is on her period. I know dumb, but just the same the reasons why I can't figure why everyone is so obsessed with the books. And how when I finished the 2nd book and thought about how there wasn't anything that happened. It was a book full of a way too emotional girl. I guess for me anyway. Wow, I just used your blog as my book review. Sorry. So anyway, your girls look so grown-up. I can't believe how long Kaitlyn's hair is. And I love yours.
EVERYONE loves these books. I'm still resisting, for the same reasons you did!
I wanted to let you know that there is a Silverado class of ’98 blog for our upcoming reunion! (Can you believe it’s been that long?) Be sure to check it out and put your picture in the guest book! Feel free to add it as a link on your blog and spread the word! http://shsco98.blogspot.com/
I am on the third book now. I too was having dreams about the characters. I would be thinking about them ALL DAY, not even kidding. It got so bad around book 2 that I started sleeping down stairs so I could finish the book! Glad to hear that there are others out there!
My sister-in-law Emily recommended them to me and I thought she must be crazy. But when everyone in YW was talking about them all the time I had to jump in myself. I'm most of the way through the first book. Lovin' it so far!
